Rancho Family Medical Group is expanding our Behavioral Health Program to increase access to high-quality mental health services across our communities. This program is designed to support whole-person care, integrating physical, emotional, and—when meaningful to the patient—spiritual well-being.
We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

- Provide individual therapy for children, adults, and/or couples via secure telehealth, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid model (in-person + virtual).
- Collaborate with primary care providers and the behavioral health team to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
- Participate in shared care planning and interdisciplinary communication to support patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, case consultations, and program development efforts.
Required education and experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Minimum Education required:
- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical field (e.g., MSW, MFT, Counseling)
Minimum Experience Required:
- Eligible to practice independently (no supervision required)
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, etc.)
- Experience with risk assessment and crisis intervention.
- Experience incorporating patients’ spiritual or religious beliefs into therapy when requested by the patient.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to support individuals seeking faith-informed counseling in a clinically appropriate, patient-centered manner.
- Comfort working with individuals from diverse cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds.
