POSITION TITLE:   HR Manager APPOINTMENT:  Appointed by the Chancellor of the College upon recommendation of the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration and Director of Human Resources.  LINE AND STAFF RELATIONSHIPS Directly responsible to the Director of Human Resources.
