License Analyst Supervisor

The License Analyst Supervisor is a supervisor role responsible for managing the agency's licensing strategy, compliance, and regulatory adherence. The position manages a team of licensing analysts and works cross-functionally with upper management, investigators, and administrators. This role blends strategy, compliance oversight, licensing division management, and team leadership. The License Analyst Supervisor will manage the issuance, maintenance, or reinstatement of licenses to all eligible and qualified persons regulated by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission by providing direction, management, and/or support to Licensing Analysts and other clerical personnel
