Leading and developing a motivated, diverse, and geographically distributed team of Service Sales Managers, with clear focus on performance management, capability building, and succession planning
Acting as strategic sparring partner and escalation point for key customer relationships, while ensuring customer ownership and commercial accountability remain clearly anchored within the sales management team

Steering and prioritizing the sale of long-term service contracts, renewals, and aftermarket products through a structured pipeline and portfolio management mindset
Ensuring strong market intelligence and forward-looking demand understanding, enabling the organization to identify untapped opportunities and to co-develop suitable offerings with regional and global functions
Establishing a structured leadership, coaching, and process governance approach, ensuring high-quality adoption of Vestas' commercial processes while actively challenging and improving existing ways of working
