Job Description
As a Director of Sales, you are responsible for identifying and developing target accounts, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to meet or exceed individual sales goals for revenue, ADR, and group business. The role involves proactive sales activities such as outside calls, trade shows, and site visits within your assigned market. Building long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients, GSOs, and peers is essential. Additionally, you must understand your role in achieving the hotel’s overall financial success.
