Job Description

  • Recognize and engage key stakeholders by establishing clear and efficient communication channels to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration throughout project execution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain stakeholder management plans and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate timely approvals and smooth project progress.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks while highlighting potential opportunities and project advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project progress updates and reports to clients and internal management teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions to ensure concerns and expectations are addressed effectively and promptly.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable legal, financial, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support project teams in resolving stakeholder issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance project communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of stakeholder communications, meetings, and approvals.
