Job Description
The Steward Team Leader oversees the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and food & beverage areas. This role supervises stewarding staff, coordinates cleaning schedules, and ensures proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies. The Team Leader works closely with the culinary and service teams to support smooth operations, maintain sanitation standards, and comply with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential to uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards.
