What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable junior team member who is ready to start their career in Human Resources.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and interested in supporting people processes across the business. You’ll be part of a supportive HR Shared Services team, learning how HR administration, employee records, onboarding, documentation and systems work in a busy operational environment.

No extensive HR experience is required. We’re looking for the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • A genuine passion for starting a career in Human Resources / People & Culture

  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right

  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Confidence using basic computer systems, including Microsoft Office

  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A reliable approach to following processes and meeting deadlines

  • A team-focused mindset, with the confidence to ask questions and contribute

  • Discretion, professionalism and respect when handling confidential employee information

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing hands-on administrative support to the HR team across daily people processes

  • Preparing, updating and maintaining important employee documentation

  • Supporting onboarding, employee changes and general HR lifecycle activities

  • Keeping employee records accurate, up to date and well organised

  • Building confidence using HR systems, including Workday

  • Responding to basic HR queries and escalating matters where required

  • Following HR policies, procedures and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance

  • Assisting with data checks, audits and process improvements

  • Working closely with HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, Recruitment and Mobilisation teams to support smooth employee processes
