ECAD PCB Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Madrid Tres Cantos, Spain

Mission:

• Work with the Electrical Engineering hardware team to provide PCB design services.
• Work with PCB design subcontractors through all the subcontracting activities: subcontractor selection, documentation issue, placement and routing reviews, design acceptance.
• Work with the Mechanical Engineering hardware team to design to fit into enclosures for integration into units.
• Work with Manufacturing to determine best practices for quality production.
• Provide all required documentation such as layout, routing, symbol and footprint creation, generation of Gerber files, assembly drawings and other required PCB fabrication files from inception through release.
• For projects and assignments: ensure that services and products delivered to customer meet their requirements.
• Interface with the areas of design, production, EEE, Material & Processes , Engineering, Testing, Quality Assurance.

Education & Qualification:

• You graduated with a Master of Engineering and/or you have significant experience in PCB Routing.
• You think of yourself as a true team-player, though you also demonstrate a high level of autonomy.
• You are very rigorous and analytical, examining logically the steps taken and the outcome to make corrections and produce better results.
• You have a proactive “can-do” mentality and prove to be decision oriented
• You want to delight the customer with effective and compliant solutions.
