Job Description
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Marketing Portfolio and Tangerine projects aligned with enterprise strategy
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, product, and business functions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Facilitate portfolio delivery strategy and manages high-Level Marketing Portfolio Roadmap which takes into consideration business priorities, project sequence, and interdependencies between initiatives, Program-Level Governance such that the Project/Program is delivered with quality in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with SDLC and internal delivery frameworks, producing all required project artifacts
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive AI-related initiatives, including CRM enhancements, intelligent automation, and data-driven decisioning as required
- Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
