Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and understand the importance of sanitation in a premium food retail setting. This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and trash receptacles Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed (e.g., peeling vegetable, portioning ingredients) Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and dishwashing chemicals Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals Support cooks and production team by ensuring timely availability of clean items Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management Uphold the store’s standards of excellence in cleanliness and professionalism Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management This is a casual part-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.
