Objetivo del Puesto

Coordinar y analizar las ventas y sus variaciones de acuerdo con los pronósticos, así como el seguimiento de los precios, identificando potenciales impactos y oportunidades en cuanto a la alineación de índices, recuperación de clientes y soporte auditorias.

Escolaridad

Contador Público, Ingeniería o carrera a fin con título y cédula profesional

Experiencia Requerida

3 a 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz en puesto similar

Conocimientos

• Nivel intermedio de SAP, Excel intermedio-avanzado, inglés, manejo de índices de preferencia, Contabilidad General

• Análisis de información, experiencia con trato de clientes, trabajo en equipo y auto administración, habilidad para hablar en público, manejarse sobre la base de objetivos, disponibilidad de tiempo, actitud de servicio.

Roles y responsabilidades

• Análisis de Ventas (Volume & Mix)

• Reporte de Ventas y variaciones vs BP/FC volumen y precio

• Seguimientos MCR, obsolescencias, cambios, claims

• Revisión de precios y documentación de los mismos

• Registros contables de ajustes de precio

• Monitoreo y revisión de precios, identificando oportunamente impactos y proponer soluciones para la mitigación

• Soporte y atención a las diferentes auditorías

• Análisis de posición de Surcharge. Net position

• Mapeo y seguimiento de índices de clientes y proveedores, identificando oportunidades para cerrar gaps

• Asegurar índices y alinear con cotizaciones – comunicación con Project controlling

• Vertical Integration . Revisar, analizar, proponer mecanismos entre las divisiones

• Customer recoveries. Revisar, analizar, reportar, dar seguimiento, con PM y el equipo de ventas
