Ability to produce quality technical responses. Proven experience in leading large, complex transition and transformation programmes, with a deep understanding of operational impacts and service continuity. Brings broad experience across business sectors and procurement methods, including UK Government Framework Agreements and SIAM/Consortium environments. Capable of shaping programme strategies that align with business goals, ensuring delivery assurance through structured planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
