The Scoop Program Manager works with stakeholders to ensure the process for the Scoop Program supports organizational objectives. This manager acts as the organizational conduit for all program planning, analysis, and completion including postmortem.The Scoop Program Manager is responsible to ensure Scoop deliverables are met through program plan management, forecast, program check-ins and stage-gate meetings, review of data, product set up and inventory review, field training coordination, and program postmortem reviews to determine process changes.
This role is segmented as Hybrid. You will be onsite in Rosemont, IL 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) and Virtual Monday and Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role requires partnership with Product Development & other key stakeholders, creation and management of comprehensive Scoop program plans, supervision of workstreams, and communication on key decisions and risks.
Defines the program roadmap, organizes workstreams and milestones, and generates buy-in.
Coordinates with Category Management, Product Development, Insight & Analytics, Replenishment, and Field Leads throughout the program management from planning to tactical activities to drive collection of forecast requirements for new products.
Creates and socializes guiding templates, e.g, including forecast templates, rollout book, and production planning. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the cross-functional teams and Markets if there are any questions.
Collaborate with Commercialization Managers, Sr. Activation Managers, and Replenishment to identify inventory issues and develop plans to mitigate inventory risks.
Responsible for Field Training Coordination through content planning and production support.
Identifies and helps to drive process improvements to mitigate current and potential program risks. Gathers feedback on rollouts from the field on an ongoing basis.
Directs and guides stakeholders in developing selling and relevant training materials in conjunction with Category Management and Training functions.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for Scoop through regular and impromptu communications to cross-functional teams, field teams, and leadership.

SUPERVISION:
No direct supervision responsibilities.
Indirectly manages work efforts of the product team, provides specific and balanced feedback, coaches team with input from stakeholders, and provides performance input to direct supervisors.

Interact with a variety of internal stakeholders: Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Category Management, Replenishment, Leadership
External:
Interact with consultants and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Finance / Operations or related field required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
Related Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program/project management
Strong communication skills and experience influencing peers and senior leaders
A proven record of prioritizing and deploying strategic initiatives
Food industry experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of forward-looking vision, clear judgment in managing risk, and the ability to drive deliverables while maintaining flexibility in an agile environment
Proven success in creatively solving problems and refining processes and procedures to create additional program scale
Must be self-directed and highly motivated
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as solid presentation skills required
Capable of influencing project stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and analytical capability
Must possess solid, strong business acumen and sales orientation
Working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
