LOCATION:SILAO, GTO.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor quality KPIs and process performance.
• Represent management in associations and commissions.
• Manage the area’s reporting system.
• Manage strategic projects of the management team.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage agendas, meetings, and follow-up on commitments.
• Update and control system documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions).
• Coordinate risk and opportunity management within processes.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external audits.

Knowledge:

Mandatory:

• Process management (risk and opportunity based approach).
• Performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
• Quality tools.
• Core Tools.

Desirable:

• Quality Management System ISO 9001 / VDA 6.1 / IATF.
• ISO 19011 for auditor training.
• Participation in audits.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in quality assurance.

Education:

• Related or similar engineering degree, with professional license.
• Business Administration
• Industrial Engineering.
• Automotive Engineering.
• Related engineering.

Languages:

• Intermediate English (Mandatory).

Systems:

• SAP
