Clinical Lead - Caregiver Trainer

The Caregiver Trainer - Clinical Lead (BCBA) is responsible for leading and overseeing SBBC’s caregiver. As a BCBA, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality caregiver training services (CPT 97156) while leading SBBC’s caregiver engagement systems across all centers.

This role maintains a high billable expectation (26–30 hours per week) and provides leadership in caregiver satisfaction, training quality, and family retention.

This role serves as the primary escalation point for caregiver concerns and works to ensure families feel supported, respected, and clinically partnered.

EXPERIENCE

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Indiana (or eligible).
• Minimum 3 years clinical ABA experience preferred.
• Experience providing caregiver training required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high ethical and professional standards.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $40-$48 per hour

SBBC provides ABA therapy & behavior support interventions in center, school, community, & home to improve social skills, academics, vocational skills, functional skills, & communication. This is accomplished through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & in collaboration with other specialists, school staff, the students we serve, & caregivers.
