Job Qualifications & Skills
- 0-3 years of HR experience in leading HR initiatives on EVE and employee engagement
- Strong resilience and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- High learning agility and growth mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and execution excellence (able to translate ideas into action and deliver results)
- Clear and structured thinking, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
