  • Translate employee insights into holistic action plans to improve employee experience
  • Design and deliver impactful initiatives to enhance engagement and drive organizational success

  • Strategic Capability to elevate organization to fuel future business growth.
  • Drive the organization learning culture.

 

Job Qualifications & Skills

  • 0-3 years of HR experience in leading HR initiatives on EVE and employee engagement
  • Strong resilience and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
  • High learning agility and growth mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and execution excellence (able to translate ideas into action and deliver results)
  • Clear and structured thinking, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
