Job Description
Under general supervision, serves as the Director of Classification and Compensation and Human Resource Information Systems for the SC Technical College System. Works with the System’s classification and compensation program activities to ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of information maintained across data systems (Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Datatel and Banner).
