D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Call Center Insurance Agent for their Main Office Department. The right candidate will be responsible for the direct sales of homeowner’s insurance and insurance related products.
- Place and receive outbound and inbound calls related to insurance sales and sales support.
- Process related paperwork or documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, including mandatory continuing education.
- Acquire and maintain the appropriate insurance licenses with assistance from the Licensing department.
- Assist in the training of newly hired agents and representatives.
- Operate computer keyboard and telephone, and view computer screen.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
