
Temporary Absence Coordinator
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Absence Administrator. The Absence Coordinator works closely with a team of leave administration professionals in a fast-paced department. Serves as an integral partner to leave consultants in facilitating leave activities including FMLA, Workers Compensation and leave and attendance for the University while providing administrative support throughout the various leave administration processes. Coordinates and completes a variety of administrative tasks and maintains detailed and complex leave records in accordance with policies and procedures.
