Discover your exciting role

As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all operational activities at a semiconductor manufacturing site operated by the customer. You lead a team of qualified technicians in areas such as Total Gas Management (TGM) and logistics management.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Management of the compliance program, including risk assessments, emergency management, audits, and adherence to SEMI, OSHA, and environmental standards
  • Ensuring a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards, as well as continuous optimization of processes to reduce downtime and increase operational reliability
  • Leading incident investigations using the 8D methodology, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of an expert team, including resource planning, training, certifications, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Operational responsibility for gas and chemical supply (bulk, subfab, point‑of‑use) and ensuring error‑free material provisioning for advanced manufacturing processes
  • Financial and contract management, including oversight of existing customer contracts, identification of cost‑saving opportunities, and development of value‑added solutions to enhance fab efficiency
  • Preparation and communication of KPI‑based reports, proactive customer support, timely escalation of relevant issues, and close collaboration with global teams to implement best practices

Show your expertise

  • Completed engineering degree or certified master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) with at least 5 years of experience in gas supply and 3 years of leadership experience
  • Practical experience with ultra‑high‑purity gas systems, cleanroom environments, and processes within the semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of contract management, financial processes, and quality systems (including SEMI standards, ISO 9001, and EHS
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with ERP or MES systems
  • High level of commitment for a dynamic 24/7 manufacturing environment and strong dedication to continuous improvement
