Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain internal SharePoint sites and Power Automate flows, along with related security.
- Create and maintain accounts and manage Separation of Duties requirements in Oracle EBS and other systems.
- Maintain the purchasing hierarchy and workflow for Oracle Purchasing.
- Assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in Oracle EBS and other systems.
- Provide end-user support and training in Oracle as needed.
- Support implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications, including occasional off-hours project work.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables to ensure successful completion of IT projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation for key metrics, system configurations, and workflows.
- Manage support mailboxes used for business processes and audit records.

Educational and Other Skills Requirements:
- 4-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable technology degree.
- 2 years post graduate experience working in the IT profession.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong user and administration level skills in the Microsoft Office environment, with emphasis on:
- SharePoint (configuration, permissions, administration)
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Edge
- Proficiency working with complex data structures and relational databases.
- Proficiency using SQL to write and execute queries.
- Experience writing and maintaining software programs.
- Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with application-level security and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Experience supporting business functions and application users such as Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, etc.
- Experience supporting portions of an ERP, preferably Oracle EBS.
- Understanding of Segregation of Duties and compensating controls.
- Experience leading small to medium projects.
- Experience working with users to define and document business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remotely and in-person.
