Job Description

  • Provide proactive and professional customer service, ensuring fast, accurate handling of inquiries and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Advise customers on product selection, delivery options, and other service-related questions.
  • Register orders efficiently and coordinate daily with the factory/suppliers to secure deliveries according to customer requirements.
  • Monitor delivery progress, inform customers of any changes or delays, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Register new customers, conduct credit assessments, and manage internal and external inquiries related to the customer ledger.
