The right candidate will possess high levels of organization, be able to work independently, and have demonstrated data coordination and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities:
- Support data tracking and reporting for Behavioral Health programs
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly QI reports
- Monitor completion of required documentation and conduct follow-up with related team members
- Track incident reports, safety inspections, and key program metrics
- Assist with preparing materials for QI meetings
- Assist with client survey distribution and tracking
- Respond to internal requests pertaining to data, reporting, and documentation in a timely manner
