Primary Care Provider (with Pediatric experience)

Join our team as a Pediatric Primary Care Provider at our school-based health center in Madras, Oregon, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to the children and families of Central Oregon. Embedded within the Madras school community, this role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope pediatric primary care — meeting students where they are and removing barriers to access for underserved youth in Jefferson County. Focused on prevention, education, and care coordination, you'll work alongside educators and community partners in a collaborative, mission-driven clinic, making a meaningful and lasting impact in this close-knit, high-need rural community.
