Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across a broad client group
Lead or support the management of employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and enterprise bargaining
Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, development and conduct
Manage elements of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, workforce planning and restructure activity
Partner with HR centres of excellence (C&B, Talent, L&D) to deliver and embed HR programs
Contribute to people-related projects, business proposals and change programs
Build leadership capability through formal training, informal coaching and policy guidance
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, CEVA policies and relevant industrial instruments.
