Program Manager – Business Solutions (Office of the COO) Role & Responsibilities The Sr. Program Manager operates as a strategic execution partner within the Office of the COO, supporting the CEO and COO leadership agenda by enabling alignment, collaboration, and delivery of enterprise priorities across the operations organization focussing on translating leadership mandates into structured programs and measurable outcomes, while driving coordination across teams to accelerate financial performance, operational growth, automation adoption, and innovation-led transformation. This role further expands to serving as a central point for strategic initiative management, executive communication, knowledge integration, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact initiatives across the enterprise.
