7–12 years of experience as Full-Stack Developer, Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or similar senior engineering role.
Strong hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, and modern cloud platforms utilizing the DSV tech stack with a solid knowledge of the infrastructure in scope, i.e. technologies like Containerization, MongoDB Atlas, RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL), Kafka.
Guard the code quality, be able to understand the results from Sonar, Xray, to guarantee the quality of the product from a low-level point of view.
Proven experience leading engineers across multiple squads in a complex delivery environment.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Experience working in agile product delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, Spotify model).
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical communities.
Ability to work with solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Excellent communication and technical leadership skills in English.
Experience in global and complex organisations where teams are distributed across multiple time zones.
