
Director of Organizational, Leadership & Professional Development - West Coast
Job Description
The Director of Organizational, Leadership & Professional Development is responsible for operationalizing and executing enterprise organizational development, leadership, and professional development initiatives in alignment with direction established by the Vice President, Enterprise Learning. This role ensures that enterprise learning and organizational development (OD) priorities are translated into well‑managed programs, scalable processes, leader‑ready tools, and measurable outcomes. The Director oversees the day‑to‑day execution of leadership and professional development programming, performance and succession enablement activities, and engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and sustainability across the organization.
