- Based on the FRS plan and vehicle program requirements, identify issues to be addressed in upcoming FRS releases.
- Manage and track the resolution status of issues, and push related stakeholders to fix them according to problem solving regulations.
- Investigate and analyze the technical root causes of critical issues, FRS-potental blocking issues, or market complaints; assess their impact on the vehicle program and report/explain to the chief engineer and direct management.
- Collect, summarize, and manage the total number of issues across the entire vehicle program; generate health reports for the program and propose improvement actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
- Good understanding of the EE Software & Function Release process and best practices
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
