Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve.

🎓 What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging Career Preparation Program (CPP) instruction
• Develop individualized achievement and career plans for students
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to drive early success and retention
• Evaluate student progress and readiness to transition to next program phases
• Conduct classroom instruction and track performance
• Coordinate onboarding activities (orientation, tours, pre-arrival support)
• Maintain accurate case notes and student records
• Provide remedial support to help students meet CPP requirements
• Create a structured, safe, and positive learning environment
• Partner with staff across departments to support student success

✅ What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid in-state driver’s license required
• Experience in teaching, training, or group facilitation preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills
• Ability to manage student progress and documentation
