Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience delivering large-scale, complex programs in consulting or industry, with hands-on exposure to one or more functional domains (Cyber, Finance, Risk & Compliance, ERP). Experience in several of the following is required:
Consulting experience: At least 1 year of external client-facing consulting experience, including managing client relationships in a business or technology context.
Tooling: Working knowledge of Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM), Jira or Azure DevOps, and MS Project/Primavera; ability to build in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel. Exposure to ServiceNow GRC/ITSM, Archer/OneTrust, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Anaplan is a plus.
Time flexibility: Ability to flex working hours to support US-based collaboration.

- Cyber/Risk initiatives (control remediation, IAM, vulnerability mgmt, policy & compliance)
