Participate in client engagements that transform operations through a cross-disciplinary approach
Assist with the review/assessment and improvement of operations, maintenance and supply chain functions
Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
Provide insight by using a robust set of data analytics
Develop and maintain working relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

Operations and/or maintenance experience ideally including optimization or debottlenecking
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
An ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and coach individuals in best practices
