Job Description

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment process and coordinate onboarding procedures.
  • Posting job opportunities in internal and external recruitment sites.
  • Reviewing job applicants and consult with Talent Consultant on shortlisting.
  • Communicating with shortlisted candidates: set up interviews and follow up.
  • Conducting initial interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinating the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives and career events.
  • Administering new joiners’ and employees’ files and information.
  • Building strong relationships within the team, across EY and beyond.
  • Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
