Their strong eye for detail and expectation of excellence allows them to seamlessly guide the banquet team members with thoughtfulness and pride.
Requested Tasks
- Oversee the Banquet Housepersons team while also maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness in all banquet and service areas
- Set banquet and meeting spaced per designated plans; ensure banquet event order is adhered to
- Maintain space and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory
Requested Capabilities
- Prior experience in banquets highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining and excellent standard of service
- Excellent eye for detail and highly organized
- Prior team leadership highly preferred
