Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees daily operations of a treatment program, supervising the treatment center’s team members and ensuring optimal performance in operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling, direct supervision of team members, training and professional development, overseeing treatment services, evaluating patient progress, implementing company policies, and ensuring adherence to state, federal, and accrediting agency regulations. The Program Manager also performs duties within their licensure scope as specified in an addendum to the job description.
