Location: Trinity Landing
Pay: Up to $28 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Coordinator to support our senior services community. If you thrive in a collaborative office environment and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain resident information, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Manage office supply orders and support daily office operations.
  • Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorization, and claims processing.
  • Support accounts receivable functions, including entering charges and processing deposits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, teammates, and visitors.
  • Attend in-services and complete required training.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; additional education or office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong data entry, math, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 10 pounds and move throughout the facility.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with extended periods at a computer.
  • Ambulatory throughout the facility; ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
