Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain resident information, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Manage office supply orders and support daily office operations.
- Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorization, and claims processing.
- Support accounts receivable functions, including entering charges and processing deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, teammates, and visitors.
- Attend in-services and complete required training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong data entry, math, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 10 pounds and move throughout the facility.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with extended periods at a computer.
- Ambulatory throughout the facility; ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
