Job Description
Purpose
In this role, you will manage the solution's evolution and will liaise with both business and technical teams.
Key Missions
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be integrated into a project team in our offices, working on a variety of activities:
- Upstream, you will be involved in the scoping and requirements gathering phases and will develop innovative and relevant technological solutions.
- During the project phase, you will be responsible for technical specifications, solution design, and Salesforce configuration.
- You will support deployment, application upgrades, and lead the management process for users.
Throughout all project phases, you will interact with various stakeholders: the client's business team, the project team, and technical support. You will support the client and proactively contribute ideas to ensure the success of your assigned projects.
You will also be responsible for our order-taking solution, which currently runs on Salesforce and is connected to our ERP systems.

Profile & Other Information
Skills and Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent), engineering school
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a Salesforce Developer or Functional Engineer role. A strong understanding of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities is essential for this position
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment on diverse topics: we manage projects with defined objectives and deadlines.
- We are looking for someone with strong Salesforce expertise who can also perform development and configuration tasks.
Knowledge
- Salesforce configuration.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to understand and challenge user needs (primarily sales and customer service roles).
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus.
- You have a good level of English.
