Job Description

  • Lead and manage 8D reporting, including coordination of sorting activities and approval of related costs
  • Oversee complaint handling processes in SAP and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare, review, and approve control plans in line with quality standards
  • Drive APQP/PPAP activities and ensure compliance with all related procedures
  • Support continuous improvement by reducing production non-conformities, monitoring customer satisfaction, and conducting customer audits
