The Field Investigations Manager is part of a fast-growing, constantly evolving environment that partners with Store Operations to ensure we provide the best experience to our customers! With a focus on Organized Retail Crime, the National Task Force takes sophisticated cases head-on through establishing proven partnerships with store and Loss Prevention leadership, local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and utilizes groundbreaking methods to identify and deter external and internal dishonesty! The Investigations Manager is responsible for assisting with implementing a strategy to combat ORC and external theft across all TJX brands including; TJMaxx, Marshalls, Homegoods, Homesense, and Sierra within an assigned market, takes a proactive approach to resolving external losses within all assigned stores through training and awareness.
What You'll Do
- Assists Manager of Field Investigations in the management and execution of National Task Force activities.
- Initiates, conducts and resolves sophisticated organized theft/fraud investigations.
- Develops creative strategies within assigned market and coordinates these efforts with the Manager of Field Investigations
- Manages Loss Prevention Investigators assigned to one or two markets.
- Partners with Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute all external fraud activities within assigned area.
- Develops staffing plans. Recruits, interviews and hires NTF members.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- 5+ years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience.
- Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
