Job Description Summary:
The Credit & Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing customer credit accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. This role supports domestic retail sales operations and utilizes SAP FI modules to ensure timely collections, account integrity, and risk mitigation.Job Description:
Set up and maintain customer payment accounts
Process invoices and ACH/check payments using SAP FI
Post and reconcile bank deposits and payment transactions
Communicate with customers regarding payment status
Document customer requests and credit-related forms
Monitor and update credit limits and risk profiles
Make collection and billing calls to reduce delinquency
Identify and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
