Job Description
Responsible for the end-to-end administration of disability and leave of absence programs across all company operations. This role oversees and manages all aspects of Hope Network’s disability and leave programs for both non-union and union employees including, FMLA, ADA, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and other leave-related programs and processes. The Disability & Leave Of Absence Manager serves as a resource for employees and leaders, maintaining frequent interaction across all organizational levels. This position requires a strong working knowledge of disability benefits, leave programs, and applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
