Short Summary of Role: We're looking for someone who can design and build AI-powered workflows that help our sales and go-to-market teams work more effectively — think automating prospecting, deal inspection, and pipeline management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience shipping AI automations in a business context using tools like Claude and Clay, and is comfortable working across a complex GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.). This is a builder role, not a consulting role — we want someone who can take an idea from a sales leader and turn it into something live within weeks.
