They ensure guest satisfaction through proper training of employees and adhering to company SOPs. They ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the store and provide daily supervision of all members of the team with guidance from the General Manager. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for communicating effectively and liaising with all functional areas and levels of management.
