Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.

Field and In-House Service includes positions focused on providing technical support, maintenance, repair, and customer service for products and systems both on-site (field service) and at company facilities (in-house service).

Position Summary

You will be working closely with the other Customer Service Specialist for the French and Benelux market and also with our Customer Service Administrators responsible for processing orders, install base and service contracts.

Hierarchical position

Reports to the Customer Service Team lead

Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk and first point of contact for customers from the French market.
  • Handling and managing service calls and complaints, case owner.
  • Handling and managing quotes.
  • Provide support to the Sales & Clinical team in France.
  • Total planning, handling and managing of external service providers, for preventive maintenance and interventions. Also processing the data.
  • Administrative processing of customer data and invoicing.
  • Sales and processing service contracts.
  • Support in order processing.
  • Participates in projects.
  • Assure adherence to the environmental, occupational health and safety management systems requirements e.g. ISO14001 and ISO 45001
  • Assure adherence to the ISO13485 requirements and the ACIST Quality Management system, procedures and Work instructions.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Education on MBO/ MBO+ level
  • 3 years’ experience on customer service - administrative tasks, preferably in an international company.
  • Preferably work experience in the medical device sector.
  • Preferably good knowledge of working with SAP
  • Good communication skills in writing and verbally.
  • Knowledge of French and Dutch language (near) native.
  • Knowledge of English (in writing and verbally)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and stressful environment.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, are pro-active and are able to work independently.
  • Team player.
