Summary:

The Branch Business Banking Sales Leader will create, lead, and implement branch small business banking programs across the network. Executing on small business KPIs and ownership of the HOBB strategy in partnership with Branch Region Directors. Serve as the Branch liaison with Business Banking Leadership and accountable for small business production at the network level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the HOBB Program in partnership with Business Banking and Branch leadership to execute on branch business banking strategy.
• Evolve the Business CuRE process and ensure improvement to KPIs to include adoption and effectiveness of Business FHQ.
• Lead liaison as the voice of Branch with overall Business Banking strategic programs with product partners.
• Engage with marketing to pursue a lead management strategy for branch business banking.
• Create and maintain a forward thinking long term vision to ensure consistent execution across the network. 
• Support colleague development by ensuring training plans are in place for branch colleagues with a passion for business banking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Sales leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Small business acumen by evidence of sales, service, or oversight roles with a focus on small business sales
