Pharmacy Compounding Specialist (Non-Sterile) | Denver Metro Area
Rx relief is seeking a meticulous and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join a premier non-sterile compounding facility just outside of Denver. The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll move beyond simply counting pills. You will be responsible for the customized creation of medications, ensuring that every patient receives a high-quality product tailored specifically to their needs. You will work in a focused, laboratory-style environment where precision is the top priority.
The Details
Location: Greater Denver Area (Suburban location)
Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: Standard 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Custom Medication Prep: Hand-crafting specialized pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies for individual patient care.
Precision Compounding: Accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to fulfill specific prescription dosages.
Digital Workflow: Utilizing pharmacy management software to process and track patient orders efficiently.
Quality Documentation: Applying clear, accurate labeling and maintaining detailed records of all prepared dosages.
Inventory Oversight: Tracking supply levels and ensuring all medications are stored according to safety and regulatory standards.
What You Bring to the Lab
Licensure: National Certification (CPhT) is preferred, though we are open to candidates currently holding a Provisional License in the state of Coloado.
Experience: Previous experience in a compounding setting is a significant advantage.
Mindset: A sharp analytical mind with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Work Ethic: Exceptional organizational habits and a "eagle-eye" level of attention to detail.
