About you:
You enjoy bringing structure to complex projects and helping customers get real value from their software. You’re comfortable owning delivery end to end, working with different teams, and keeping everyone aligned. You like building strong relationships, spotting risks early, and finding practical ways to keep projects on track. At Access, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers successfully implement our People software and feel confident every step of the way.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer projects, creating clear plans, tracking progress and spend, and making sure projects are delivered as agreed.
- Lead regular project meetings with customers, sharing updates on progress, finances, risks and next steps, and agreeing actions to keep things moving.
- Work closely with internal teams across Professional Services, Development, New Business and Account Management to make sure everyone is aligned and informed.
- Handle customer questions, concerns and changes calmly and professionally, documenting decisions and ensuring the right approvals are in place.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience delivering HR and payroll software projects or wider people system change programmes.
- Experience working for a software provider in a customer-facing delivery or consultancy role.
- An understanding of project management approaches, such as PRINCE2, and how to apply them in a practical way.
- The confidence to support pre-sales conversations and spot opportunities to extend or enhance solutions as projects progress.
