Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

· Base Pay Range: $16.68 - $26.31 per hour, based on experience.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

 

· Provide mentoring, advocacy, and problem-solving support to clients.

· Assist in the coordination of community resources.

· Assist clients in the creation of personal goals and action plans.

· Assist clients in the employment search and in maintaining employment.

· Partner with the client's treatment team to maximize recovery and wellness.

· Conduct periodic client check-ins and provide ongoing guidance and support.

· May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents.



 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.

 

Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) course by the Missouri Credentialing Board (MCB) within six (6) months as a condition of continued employment in this job classification.



 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
