Summary

Seeking a qualified Mammography Technologist PRN to perform screening mammograms and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Ability to support diagnostic x-ray and dexa imaging is desired.

Job Description:

Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a PRN Mammography Technician to join their practice in the Frankfort, KY area.

Job Summary:

With limited supervision, this role executes Mammography/Bone Density procedures in areas assigned.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:

• Graduate of an accredited program [i.e. the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)] or Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiography (ARRT) required. 

• Advanced registry in Mammography required. Eligible candidates are required to obtain mammography certification within one year of employment.

• Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.

• Experience: Eligible upon graduation or completion of 18 months of training with the schools/State licensure permission.
